    Hi folks,

    Just in case you’ve been wondering what happened to me – hardly around any more, totally unproductive – well, it’s the time of the year again which I call “house-guest season” - January, February, March, when the weather in Europe is at its worst and everybody wants to escape to somewhere warm. And if you then are lucky enough to have family or friends in such beautiful and sunny corners of the world like the Philippines…. You get my drift.
    :lmao:

    It’s a very busy time for me, but also lots of fun and always good for new inspiration, as I very often take the opportunity of accompanying my guests on their trips around the Philippines. Which is why I’ve been in and out of town lately, up to the mountains and down to the beaches, while my studio has been gathering dust, and painting and hanging out at DA have been very much on the back-burner.
    But things will get back to “normal” soon! ;)

    In the meantime I’m uploading a painting that’s been sitting around for weeks and weeks, just waiting for the finishing touches – “Red Hot Passion # 1”

    As it was their first time here I took them up to the mountains/ rice terraces and to Palawan - lovely as always. :D

    Hi Pat, good to hear from you. Sounds like you are having fun, but also missing your painting.
    I think hubby and I should sell our house in cold Melbourne and move into a big house in tripical Queensland. Maybe friends from Canada and Europe will visit more often.
    I like your new paintings, especially Red Passion 1.(good title, too) Also like your new "face". It's very becoming, but I almost didn't recognize you...:laughing:
